We are committed to making Vital Care Finder accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Finding the right care should feel calm and straightforward, never a barrier.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) (opens in a new tab) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Vital Care Finder is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
We are continually improving accessibility across Vital Care Finder and applying the relevant standards as we design, build, and ship.
