Dr. Brent B. Hutson, DDS, is a general dentist in Dallas, Texas, who practices at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He treats patients with coagulopathies, diabetes, oral manifestations of cancer treatment, and post-transplantation complications. His procedures include fixed prosthodontics, prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, head and neck radiation preparation, and management of medically complex patients. Dr. Hutson is Director of Clinical Compliance at the Office of Clinical Affairs, College of Dentistry, and has served as director of Clinical Fixed Prosthodontics at Texas A&M University Health Science Center, College of Dentistry. He is also attending clinical staff at the Baylor University Medical Center, Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center. A seventeen-year veteran of the United States Navy, he holds the rank of Captain/O6 and frequently presents on the management of medically complex patients, with particular interest in those with coagulopathies, pre- and post-transplantation patients, preparation for head and neck radiation, and patients with complications after oncology treatment.
