Dr. Jeremy David Johnson is a sports medicine doctor in Seattle, Washington, board certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. He trained at the University of Minnesota Medical School, completed his residency at Swedish Family Medicine Residency, and finished his fellowship at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.
Dr. Johnson treats a wide range of athletic injuries, including concussions, ankle injuries, knee injuries and other sports-related conditions affecting the head, spine, shoulder and extremities.
