Dr. Armando E Soto Rojas, DDS, is a general dentist in Indianapolis, Indiana, based at Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he serves as Associate Professor and Director of Civic Engagement. He earned his DDS from Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City in 1985 and completed a master's degree in dental public health from King's College in London in 1990. Dr. Soto Rojas joined the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2003 and has since expanded community outreach efforts across the state, notably through the SEAL Indiana program. His clinical work focuses on preventing dental caries and dental fluorosis through preventive dentistry and oral health education. He speaks English and has brought his commitment to prevention and public health to his teaching and community engagement work.
