Dr. David Lynn Stotts, DO, is a family medicine doctor in Azle, Texas, trained at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of North Texas Health Science Center. He completed his residency in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine through the HCA Medical City Program.
