Dr. Meera Kesavan Nasir, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist in New York, New York, board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical Center and a hospitalist at NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital.

Dr. Nasir cares for pregnant patients across the full spectrum of obstetric care, from routine pregnancy to high-risk conditions such as advanced maternal age, gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia and prior cesarean delivery. Her procedures include vaginal delivery, cesarean delivery, fetal ultrasound, anatomy ultrasound and biophysical profile testing, along with routine pregnancy laboratory work. She also performs routine gynecological exams and female sterilization procedures. Dr. Nasir has led obstetric hospitalist teams and served as Medical Director of obstetrical emergency departments in South Florida, and spent six years in academic medicine as Clerkship Director and Residency Director at NYU Brooklyn. She practices at Weill Medical College of Cornell, Clinical Genetics Associates, NYU Lutheran Medical Center, McGuire VA Medical Center and Weill Medical College of Cornell Group, and speaks English.
