Dr. Lavern Jordan Holyfield, DDS, is a general dentist in Dallas, Texas, practicing at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She provides patient screening and assessment, comprehensive dental care, and general dentistry services. Dr. Holyfield is Clinical Professor Emeritus and former Assistant Dean for Diversity and Faculty Development at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, where she was the first African American woman to enroll in 1973.
