Dr. Elena Riccio Leach, DDS, is a general dentist in San Antonio, Texas, with advanced training in orthodontics. She graduated from the School of Dentistry of the Second University of Napoli, Italy in 1998 and practiced general dentistry for nine years before serving as a Dental Officer in the Italian Navy, where she earned her MS in Orthodontics at the University of Milano, Italy. In 2016, she obtained her DDS and Texas dental license through the International Dentist Education Program at UT Health San Antonio. She practices at University of Texas Health Science Center At San Antonio and Campos Family Dental, and speaks English.
Dr. Leach offers a full range of general dental services including cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, teeth whitening and wisdom tooth extractions, along with night guards and sports mouth guards. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the International Dentist Education Program at UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry.
